hooked on houses

One of my go-to movies is Something's Gotta Give. I love the movie but I might love the house in it more - it's an absolute dream! After obsessing over it for years, I decided to see what photos I could find of it online and lucky for me I can across this amazing website! Hooked On Houses has great stills of all the best TV and movie houses.. which is perfect because it also features some of my other favourite movie homes like The Family Stone, The Holiday and of course, The Notebook.

I recently bought my friend a book of someecard postcards and some of them really made me laugh out loud so I thought they were worth sharing. You may have seen these inappropriate cards around Facebook (I think they were popular 'bumper stickers' about 5 years ago) - Enjoy these favourites of mine...

 ...and the one that made me laugh for about five straight minutes the other day:

Ok.. who doesn't love Nicki? Just saw this video for the first time recently and it made me love her even more. I'll never get over how amazing her ass is.

1 girl 5 gays

I don't know if anyone outside of Canada has seen this or can watch 1 girl 5 gays online via mtv.ca, but honestly - this show is entertainment at its finest! It's a great show and anyone who doesn't know about it really should. I know what I'm doing tonight...

old school love

The thing I wish I could have as a feature on my digital SLR is the multiple exposure function. I have it on my film SLR (duh, cause you can physically multiple expose film) - but I guess digitally it doesn't make much sense. So when I break out my film SLR I'm all about the double/ triple/ quad exposing; and the funnest part is finally seeing how they turn out!

"she's not just a fantasy... she's real"

My favourite Shakespeare.
Sonnet 130.

My mistress' eyes are nothing like the sun;

Coral is far more red than her lips' red:
If snow be white, why then her breasts are dun;
If hairs be wires, black wires grow on her head.
I have seen roses damask'd, red and white,
But no such roses see I in her cheeks;
And in some perfumes is there more delight
Than in the breath that from my mistress reeks.
I love to hear her speak, yet well I know
That music hath a far more pleasing sound.
I grant I never saw a goddess go:
My mistress, when she walks, treads on the ground.
  And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare
  As any she belied with false compare.
